Our Process

Submit RFQ

Upload your CAD files and drawings along with contact information, desired delivery date, material, quantity, and any critical tolerances. STEP files with a PDF drawing are preferred for the fastest turnaround.

Review and Accept Quote

Your files are reviewed for manufacturability, lead time, and cost drivers. You’ll receive a clear quote with pricing and delivery details to approve before work begins.

Machine

Parts are programmed and machined on a 3-axis Haas Mini Mill using proven setups and tooling. Care is taken to maintain surface finish, accuracy, and repeatability.

Inspect

Finished parts are inspected against the drawing for critical dimensions and overall quality. Ensuring only perfect parts leave the shop.

Receive

Parts are deburred, packaged, and shipped clearly labeled with inspection papers ready for use. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
